Prehabilitation, or “prehab,” is the process of strengthening your body, nourishing yourself well, and calming your mind before surgery to help you recover faster and feel stronger afterward.
How the program works
Each morning, you’ll receive an email and/or text message with a short message and a link to this website. The text gives you a quick overview of the day’s focus, such as a simple exercise, nutrition tip, or wellness practice, so you can start right away.
When you click the link, you’ll find more details, including a daily affirmation, your full checklist, short wellness insights, and links to videos or articles for extra guidance.
The goal is to make small, consistent steps each day that build your strength, calm, and confidence before surgery.
